1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of G.A.I.N., a product of CyberWardion ('we', 'us'), a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. By accessing or using G.A.I.N., you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
G.A.I.N. is an AI usage governance tool. It consists of a browser extension that detects browser-based AI tool usage and performs local risk assessment, and a web dashboard that displays metadata-only event data and generates Trust Reports. Detection runs locally in the user's browser; only event metadata is transmitted.
3. Early Access & Pilot
G.A.I.N. is currently offered in early access, including a free pilot period. The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Features, availability, and these Terms may change during early access. Pilot access may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Admin users are responsible for the lawful deployment of the extension to their organization's devices, including informing employees in accordance with applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except as permitted by law; use the service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law; or deploy the extension on devices without appropriate authorization and disclosure.
6. Data & Privacy
G.A.I.N. is designed to collect metadata only. Prompt content, keystrokes, screenshots, and browsing activity outside supported AI tools are never collected. Event metadata is hosted in the EU. For full details of what is and is not collected, see our Trust & Security page. We process personal data in accordance with applicable EU and Bulgarian data protection law (including the GDPR).
7. Intellectual Property
G.A.I.N., including its software, extension, dashboard, designs, and Trust Report templates, is the property of CyberWardion and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; no ownership is transferred.
8. Disclaimers
G.A.I.N. is a risk-reduction and visibility tool. It does not guarantee detection or prevention of all sensitive data exposure, and it covers browser-based AI tools only. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. CyberWardion does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberWardion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. During the free pilot period, the service is provided without charge and on a best-effort basis.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the service and remove the extension at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
